Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by Photogenesys. ("Photogenesys"), located in Fort Washington, Maryland 20744 United States. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our Services

The property must be ready for photographs before our photographer arrives. Properties will be photographed in the condition they are in when the photographer shows up. A $50 rescheduling fee will be assessed if rescheduling is due to the residence not being photo ready or if the client is 20 minutes late or more for an appointment. Our photographer will depart after 21 minutes, and a $50 convenience fee will be charged. Your appointment is not confirmed until you pay for the service. Services must be paid before the day of service. If a convenience fee is assessed, photographs will not be delivered until full payment is made. Failure to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a  $50 convenience fee. A travel fee of $50 is applied to all homes that fall outside of our service area (25 minutes driving distance from Fort Washington). Floor plans and measurements are estimates and no responsibility is taken for any error, omission, or misstatement. The photographs, floor plans, videos, maps, and information are for representation purposes only. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Any services not paid for as part of a package at the time of scheduling will be added on at a full price. We suggest you conduct your own due diligence into the state of the property or request a statement of what has been modified from the entity responsible for the property. By booking services with our company, any of its employees, or representatives you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.

 

Copyright Notice

Photogenesys is the copyright holder of all images we take. The copyright of an image is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Photogenesysreserves the right to use photographs on the company website and in marketing materials unless a customer expressly requests that we do not use their photographs in this way.

 

Photo Rights and Usage for Real Estate Photography 

The original agent who paid for our service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of that property. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale and cannot be reused without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action. Photo Rights and Usage for Builders, Stagers, Designers, Home Owners, and others: Builders, stagers, designers, and others who wish to use images taken by our photographer should contact us for specific licensing information. In addition to fees paid to Photogenesys, a property photography release will need to be obtained from the homeowner. About these TermsWe may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. All photographs, maps, images, and floor plans are property of Photogenesys.
